I used all purpose flour and a flax “egg”, and it turned out so soft & fluffy and the flavour was so good too!I am Vegan, so I always have to ensure that the bread I purchase doesn’t contain animal products! So the top of the bread looks a little lopsided from the indent from it.▪︎It has a lot of buttons to choose from so it is slightly intimidating as a newbie when it comes to breadmakers.Overall, I really like this breadmaker! I want to try a gluten free bread and a cinnamon raisin bread! I’m hoping it will work well!*Edit*The seller is SO friendly and so easy to talk to. They were very kind and wanted to help make things right because I mentioned that the nut & seed dispenser left marks in my bread. Not a huge deal, but they were concerned.
