You know all the people you follow who are constantly putting out (supposedly) new information and raving about some (supposedly) new amazing special fancy advanced method every other week that (supposedly) does magical things?
It’s all bullshit.
It’s always just…
- Stuff that’s been around for years and has been proven to not be special (e.g. intermittent fasting).
- Stuff that’s been around for years and has been proven to be less effective than other methods (e.g. low volume training).
- Batshit-crazy, myth-based, often-fully-disproven nonsense.
The truth is, we don’t have anything new and special.
What we do have are lots of people whose business model involves making you think there’s something new and special.
