Suzanne is an Occupational Therapist specializing in mental health and neurodiversity-informed care. She works with adults to support emotional well-being, daily functioning, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
With over five years of experience across community and clinical settings, Suzanne helps clients build balanced routines, strengthen emotional regulation and coping skills, and navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and executive functioning. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based practice, recognizing that people already possess resilience and capacity—even when life feels overwhelming.
Suzanne integrates mindfulness, sensory-based strategies, and practical skill-building to support clients with stress management, self-care, communication, boundaries, and social connection. She also offers support with return-to-work planning, helping clients identify sustainable routines, accommodations, and strategies that align with their needs and values.
She is passionate about ongoing learning and has completed professional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), neurodiversity-informed assessment, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention. Suzanne is pursuing Somatic Experiencing training in March 2026 to further deepen her clinical toolkit and support nervous-system regulation.
Known for her warm, collaborative approach, Suzanne creates a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build confidence, and develop practical strategies for daily life. She is excited to bring her mental-health and neurodiversity expertise to the A Little Nutrition team and to expand her practice to include pediatric occupational therapy.
