For the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of building something special in the heart of Redmond, Washington — a space where yoga, Bollywood dance, and conscious community intersect. Through Aham Yoga, BollyWorks, and the Let’s Talk Yoga Podcast, I’ve shared Indian-rooted wellness with thousands of students locally and globally.
What started as a small idea has blossomed into:
- A thriving yoga studio focused on authentic, high impact yoga teachings
- A vibrant Bollywood dance school known for its performance productions and inclusive adult dance community
- One of the world’s top yoga podcasts, listened to in 220+ countries, bringing the voices of Indian yoga experts and global teachers to a broader audience.
- Sought after online yoga teacher trainings and yoga courses supporting yoga teachers near and far to teach high value, confident yoga classes.
As these initiatives grow, so does the need for someone who can help manage the operational backbone of these meaningful projects. That’s why I’m excited to share this opportunity to join our team as an Operations & Admin Assistant.
Why This Role Matters
Behind every class, podcast episode, and production, there’s a world of systems, organization, communication, and heart. This role supports all the magic that happens behind the scenes — from scheduling and studio updates to payroll, client communication, and course coordination.
If you’re someone who thrives in structure but loves creativity, enjoys working independently, and finds meaning in supporting yoga, wellness, arts, and education, this role is for you.
