[comment_content] => This was my first attempt ever in my life at making something that came from ‘made from scratch’ dough. I found this recipe to easy to follow and am very glad I stepped out of my comfort zone to make these rolls.
I followed the steps, measured correctly and yay! I have beautiful sweet rolls bursting with blueberries. They are thick, fluffy and gorgeous!!
Is there anything better than Lemon and Blueberries?! I think not! :-)

[comment_content] => I’m obsessed with Monique’s cinnamon rolls and immediately had to give this recipe a try. It did not disappoint. These were somehow fluffier and softer!!!
I weighed all my ingredients and still felt like the dough was a little too sticky so I added about 2 tablespoons of flour. Also not sure if this is just my oven but I do find that covering them in aluminum foil for the first 8 minutes or so when they’re baking helps keep them soft and not over bake.
It was a little messy for me to roll these but they were absolutely worth the mess!!!!! New favorite rolls 😍 10/10

I served them with fresh strawberries and scrambled eggs and they were a hit. I made them the night before and let them rise on the counter while the eggs were hunted. 10/10!

Delicious! It’s hard to beat the cinnamon version, but these are such a nice springy version for Easter. I served them with fresh strawberries and scrambled eggs and they were a hit. I made them the night before and let them rise on the counter while the eggs were hunted. 10/10!

[comment_content] => I have been casually baking bread for 10+ years, and this is by far the softest, most delicious, fantastic roll recipe I have tried. I divided the batch into two 9×9 pans so I could freeze one for later. These don’t even need the frosting, but a small amount does enhance the flavor. Be careful increasing the filling. I thought it might need more so doubled the filling, and ended up not being able to use it because it was so messy to try to roll. I absolutely will make these again!

– used Miyokos butter, Miyokos cream cheese, and coconut milk for dairy free

The blueberry filling did come out while rolling and it was a blueberry mess and got all on the outside of the rolls, BUT it was still very delicious. I used less sugar in the filling too, since my blueberries were naturally sweet. I’ll be making these again!

Made these for Father’s Day and it was a big hit! Prepared the rolls and frosting the night before, allowed them to rise in the morning then baked. Turned out amazing! Definitely would make again.

I used frozen blueberries for the filling and it was amazing it also took me only like two minutes to get it to thicken but it might be different for you. The blueberries were thawed out though so that may be why. However, I encountered one problem. I didn’t have parchment paper so I just used cooking spray and the bottoms burnt because of that so definitely use parchment paper. Apart from that, everything was perfect they still tasted sooo good (btw I didn’t glaze or frost it)

[comment_content] => These are AMAZING!! I have always been intimidated by cinnamon rolls but after finding this recipe, decided that this was going to be Christmas breakfast. My 4 year old said it tasted like cake, so needless to say the kiddos gobbled theirs down with no complaints. This is going to be a yearly tradition, thank you for making this so easy!
