[comment_content] => The pasta and sauce are phenomenal! We loved it and will undoubtedly make it again. I added spinach and substituted fat free Greek yogurt for the heavy cream (for low cholesterol needs). And, yes, it was still delicious! The only thing we didn’t care for was the chicken. Too dry, dull, and thin. Next time will do a marinated grilled chicken with this dish. That sauce, though – soooo good!!

[comment_content] => Don’t understand the rave reviews about “sauce.” This came out dry as the Sahara. Adding the full cup of pasta water and another 1/2 c of cream helped moisten, but killed any flavor. If I try again I’ll begin with 1.5 to 2x all flavor liquids and tomatoes, add pasta slowly until the balance is better.

[comment_content] => So strange! I haven’t had that issue before with all of the liquid from the tomatoes, wine, pasta water, etc. I might suggest reducing the heat on the stove so that the liquid doesn’t evaporate as quickly.

DO NOT cheap out on the cherry tomatoes, get the high quality ones bc they take the dish to THE NEXT LEVEL & the flavor is just so much more robust & amazing!! 🙌🏽I used unsweetened coconut milk & it worked like a charm!
