On the first Wednesday of each month I’ll announce a new cookbook recipe from my cookbook that we’ll all get to make during the month. No recipes are off-limits, so get ready to cook and bake every month with me for an entire year! Think of it as a fun little challenge you can do with family & friends, or solo (because you’re ambitious like that!)

May’s recipe: Herby Greek Olive Chickpea Couscous Salad
Everyone turn head to page 73 of my cookbook where you’ll find a colorful salad loaded with fresh vegetables and herbs. There are a few super easy ways to make it your own:
- I love pearl couscous in this salad, but you could use your favorite short pasta shape, pearled barley, or farro!
- Make it gluten-free with a small, gluten-free pasta shape.
- Easily keep it dairy-free by omitting the feta cheese or using your favorite dairy-free crumbled or sprinkled cheese.
