I’m allergic to spinach so just sauteed some zucchini and a bit of red onion instead for the veggies. Goat cheese on top. It’s MARVELOUS.

[comment_content] => I was looking for a quiche recipe with phyllo since I had a box in the fridge I needed to use. This was fantastic! My family loved it. My daughter is dairy free so I made 1.5 the recipe, making a small (aluminum size disposable pie) and a 9″ quiche. I used oatmilk and goat cheese for hers. It was just as good as the original recipe. I used the cheese I had on hand-mexican blend plus smoked guyere and a bit of parmesan. I didn’t have any cottage cheese so I put 1/2 cup of milk. BIG HIT! THANK YOU! I’ll definitely be making this again. Next time I want to add the cottage cheese.

I was looking for a quiche recipe with phyllo since I had a box in the fridge I needed to use. This was fantastic! My family loved it. My daughter is dairy free so I made 1.5 the recipe, making a small (aluminum size disposable pie) and a 9″ quiche. I used oatmilk and goat cheese for hers. It was just as good as the original recipe. I used the cheese I had on hand-mexican blend plus smoked guyere and a bit of parmesan. I didn’t have any cottage cheese so I put 1/2 cup of milk. BIG HIT! THANK YOU! I’ll definitely be making this again. Next time I want to add the cottage cheese.

We made this recipe exactly as written and it tasted AWESOME! We wouldn’t change a thing. This was the perfect high protein breakfast prep for us! The puff pastry crust was amazing and a new favorite moving forward (light and flaky). Thank you for sharing! Your cookbook is appreciated too. 😀
