What was your motivation?
My motivation for my weight loss journey was becoming a healthier version of myself for my grandbabies.
How did you change your eating habits?
I changed my eating habits by following Terry Stark‘s meal prep and workout program. I stopped eating chips, cheese, and fried foods. I started eating vegetables and lean meat and followed a strict no-salt diet.
Tell us about your workout routine.
My workout routine consists of 30 minutes of cardio twice daily – once in the morning and another in the evening.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
Before enlisting in the muffin top destroyer’s program, my starting weight was 356 pounds. Currently, I weigh 330 pounds. I lost 26 pounds in just 35 days with Terry‘s guidance.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned during your journey?
One of the biggest lessons about eating healthy and exercising is the importance of consistency and balance.
What advice would you like to share with women who want to lose weight?
The most important advice about weight loss that I can give is that 80% of the work is what you eat, and 20% is working out.
